What is a Zillow Premier Agent and What Does it Mean to You?

While I am a newly licensed Realtor®, I am not new to real estate marketing. I interned for a few years with a top-ranked, web design and development firm called Appnet New Media Studio. That firm ranks number one in all of North America for search engine marketing and their largest niche of clients is real estate agents, agencies and large-scale real estate firms all over America.

I spent four years at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia studying marketing and business, with a minor in real estate marketing and law. So I have spent a lot of the previous four to six years setting the stage for being a great realtor, whether you are looking to buy or sell your home or property.

Some might consider 2023 a strange time to enter into the volatile market of real estate, but I think this is the perfect time to put my skills and background in technology, search engine ranking, and social media marketing into practice. The first step was to create this website. Even though it just launched on January 9, 2023, I already have one of the largest real estate website in terms of organic content.

Traffic Means More Eyes on Your Property

That ad placement and outreach has already pulled in over 1697+ visitors to this website in less than the last month. No other real estate website in the area can say that. More traffic means more eyes on your listing if you list your home or property with me. I’ve even contracted a large, electronic billboard on Hwy 105 and I can feature your property on my billboard to get even MORE eyes on your property.

What is Zillow Premier Agent?

Zillow is the most visited real estate listing website globally, with over 36 million unique visitors per month. While real estate agents set their clients up with an MLS log-in, most buyers still primarily search third-party listing sites for properties. Whether you’re a fan of real estate sites like Zillow and Trulia or not, having a presence on those platforms is crucial. While my website is already gaining huge traffic traction and will continue to do so, I have invested substantially in promoting myself as one of the top realtors in Boone and Banner Elk by purchasing a large market share here in the High Country. That means that out of every 100 searches done on Zillow for homes for sale, condominiums for sale and/or lots and land for sale in the local markets, I will show up 30% of the time as one of the top three agents to work with on buying or selling a home.

Additionally, if you search Zillow, simply looking for a good agent, you will see me right at the top of the agents recommended to connect with.

Like my father has always taught me, I love sleeping at night, so I want to be honest to a fault. Being ranked in the top three as a agent on Zillow doesn’t mean I’m the best realtor or the most experienced. There are great agents in the High Country with 30+ years of experience. Many have dozens or hundreds of Zillow reviews. I work with several phenomenal realtors in the region.

However, a lot of the “more experienced” realtors in the region don’t know how to put Social Media to work for their clients.  Now days it isn’t enough just to have good, word-of-mouth or connections. Those are great resources, but it can no longer compete with hundreds of thousands of buyer and sellers using the internet and social media to connect.

In 2023, and especially with a challenging market, it is important to choose the right real estate agent who is committed to helping you buy or sell your home or property.
